City/County Wide Broadband Wireless, NTIA BTOP/RUS/ARRA Broadband Initiatives and Grant Writing 
 
Organized complete turnkey broadband wireless for the City of Delray Beach and Palm Beach County, FL which included diligence and research that is synergistic with new programs and funding options offered through the new Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP), RUS and other broadband incentives available through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
 
Research included FCC policy and rule changes/use of the 2.5, 3.65, 5.n, 4.9, 2.4GHz bands in the market, identified government departmental direct cost savings and increases in productivity, public safety/first responder applications, identified credible Digital Access, Inclusion & Literacy organizations and philanthropic interests, coordinated with the Governor’s Energy Office for matching energy rebates offered through the state. This research has resulted in authoring several white papers some of which have been published at FreePress.net and GovTech.com and are highly ranked in search engine placement.
 
Designed and developed AccessDelray.org as an educational tool and information portal for the City of Delray Beach, FL., Palm Beach County and their constituency. Instrumental in the development of proprietary voice processing platform for use behind Samsung’s Key Telephone Systems. Platform was eventually purchased by Samsung for private labeled integration behind their ProStar Key Telephone System.

Instrumental in the development of a proprietary wide area energy management service and smart meter technologies that used RF and un-used cable company band width to control major loads within residential communities, households, and commercial properties. This technology was subsequently purchased by Bell Atlantic.
