Deploying Municipal, Community, City or County Wide networks in fixed and nomadic configurations for Urban, Suburban and Rural markets will exponentially create and sustain more jobs than just addressing simply Rural, under served or unserved markets.
Qualified service providers and the local Public/Private partnerships will have to hire more technicians, sales/marketing, customer service personnel to manage and operate the network. In addition, municipal employees can move laterally and become trained in newer technologies benefiting municipal departmental applications.
